NeighBoards

NeighBoards Hosted Game Nights

Turn a slow night
into Game Night.

NeighBoards creates and hosts game nights for NYC bars, restaurants, and cafés. We bring the games, Game Masters, equipment, setup, and programming — and run the experience from start to finish.

How it works

Your venue hires NeighBoards for a flat event fee — the same whether 5 guests join in or 50. Game Night is free for your guests; they order food and drinks from you like any other night. We'll walk you through pricing when we talk.

A better reason to go out on a weeknight.

(Monday through Thursday, we're ready.)
01

Give people a reason to visit

A night guests can plan around — instead of staying home.

02

Keep them playing

Give guests a reason to stay for one more game — and maybe one more round.

03

Another round, another order

More time at the table means more chances to order food and drinks.

04

Build recurring programming

A good pilot can become a regular night people put on their calendars.

05

Grow a neighborhood crowd

Game Night gives locals a reason to make your venue their spot.

06

Zero programming work

We plan, host, and run the entertainment. Your team keeps running the venue.

So what actually happens?

From setup to breakdown, it's on us.

  1. Stage 1

    We set the stage

We bring the games, materials, signage, and equipment and handle setup before the event begins.

  2. Stage 2

    We get people playing

Our Game Masters actively engage guests, explain the experience, recommend games, and help groups get started.

  3. Stage 3

    We run Game Night

We teach rules, facilitate games, circulate between tables, answer questions, manage hosted activities, and keep the experience moving.

  4. Stage 4

    We pack it up

When Game Night wraps, we collect the games and equipment and handle breakdown and cleanup.

We don't just drop off a stack of games.

We create and manage the experience — so your staff can focus on the venue.
